Automatic Outage: Radials older than 12 hours. Operator should investigate.

All of the CSS spectra files are on site but they are not processing to radials. AnalyzeSpectra reports that it can't read the header file properly and that the spectra has too many Doppler cells. SpectraPlotterMap reads CSS header and all of the information correctly so the files actually seem to be ok. If I pull spectra the site to my office computer, I suspect I can process to radials on that machine. It looks like the computer hard disk needs another repair, but if I try to repair now, it may cause a problem that would stop data collection. I won't attempt that repair until next week when I'm back in town. -Teresa
